Our Vision, Mission & Values

Our Vision

To provide a decent, warm, secure, and affordable homes that are fit for living in the 21st century to all our tenants, whether they are Key workers or ex-service personnel. To create places where everyone is proud to live, work and play. To deliver our vision by extending our reach through expansion, providing homes within more London boroughs and eventually the Home Counties.’

Our Mission

To build a portfolio of sustainable, quality, and affordable homes which have been designed to meet the needs and demands of today’s Affordable Living. Where possible these homes should be eco-friendly and be built using modern methods of construction where feasible, as often, there is a balance of cost and time incurred in these acquisitions.

We aim to run the business in a way that will enhance the creation of sustainable, happy communities that tenants will be proud to live in.

Our Values

At Kinsman, we value our Board Members, personnel, our Tenants, and our Partners.
