How To Report a Repair
You can report a repair in one of the following ways:
Report a repair 24/7 using our in-house maintenance reporting system, which will be provided with access when you move into your home. You will need to register before you can use this system.
Outside of these times, you can still report repairs via email using estates@kinsmanhousing.co.uk.
When reporting a repair, please provide us with:
Confirmation of your full address
A clear description of the required repair, where the issue is located and photos if possible
Details of any specific information which may assist in dealing with the repair
The best time for us to carry out the repair
Emergency Repairs
If your repair is an emergency, please call us immediately on 0203 488 4628.
If your emergency is a gas leak you should ring the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
